We collect personal information from you when you provide us with information by phone, email, or by completing the Adverse Drug Reaction Report Form on this website.
If you are a patient, the personal information we probably collect about you includes: [basic personal information: last name, first name, initials, gender, age, date of birth, nation, personal health status (height, weight, current medical history, other relevant medical history), medications taken, description of adverse reactions and outcomes, treatments, tests, and results of lab tests, etc.];

The above information is sensitive personal information as defined by applicable laws and regulations (bolded). Your personal information will be used by us to process, monitor, investigate, evaluate, report (if required) your reports of adverse reactions, to fulfil our statutory, contractual and regulatory obligations, i.e. to monitor and/or report adverse reactions to our products and quality issues, and also, based on legal requirements (e.g. Pharmacovigilance), we may be required to report this information to regulatory authorities. We will not use your personal information for purposes other than these. Where it is necessary to change the purpose or manner of processing personal information and your consent is required by law, we will obtain your authorised consent in accordance with the law.

3. How do we store your personal information?
We will store your personal information collected in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, within China and until ten years after the cancellation of the certificate of registration of the Kelun-Biotech product in question, after which your information will be deleted or kept in an anonymous form, unless it is required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations or it is necessary to retain your personal information for a longer period of time in order to protect your legal rights and interests. a.4 Sharing with Product Business Partners: We may contractually share your personal information with our product business partners to the extent necessary to fulfil our co-operation and contractual obligations. Product business partners will seek your authorised consent to change the purposes for which personal information is process.
a.5 Sharing with commissioned service providers: in order to complete the processing of your adverse reaction report and fulfil our statutory pharmacovigilance obligations, we may commission and provide your personal information to pharmacovigilance service providers, IT service providers etc. to the extent necessary.
a.6 Sharing with advisors such as external auditors, lawyers, etc.: In order to assist Kelun-Biotech for administrative, operational and/or technical purposes, as well as to deal with the management of disputes that may arise and other legal matters, where applicable, we may engage the services of advisors to the extent necessary and provide them with your personal information.
b. Transferring
We will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organisations or individuals, except in the following circumstances:
b.1 Transfer with explicit consent: we will transfer your personal information to other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
b.2 In the event of a merger, acquisition or insolvency where the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new company or organisation holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this privacy policy, or we will require that company or organisation to seek authorised consent from you again.
